We clarify the purpose for using personal information, gather it with the consent of the provider and use this information within the necessary range to attain our goals. Further, we will not distribute data to third parties without the consent of the individual in question, or beyond the limitations agreed upon. Whenever we ask our customers to provide us with their personal information, we specify the purpose of use clearly in advance.

We do not disclosure Personal Information to any Third Parties except under the following conditions.
・When the Person has given his or her consent
・When disclosure to third parties is authorised by related laws and regulations
Management of Personal Information
In order to prevent any illegal acts such as loss, alteration and leakage etc, a privacy officer shall be appointed who is assigned responsibility and manage Personal Information strictly in safe circumstance under strict security.
When we entrust the handling of personal information of its customers to an outside party, we will execute an agreement with such party necessary to ensure the security control of such information and will supervise such party appropriately.
Disclosure, Correction, Discontinuance of Personal information
We respond to requests from customers for disclosure of personal information without delay. If the customer's identity cannot be confirmed, we will not comply with the request. If there is a mistake in the personal information held, we will comply with requests from customers for correction, addition, or deletion immediately following due review of the requests. If the customer’s identity cannot be confirmed, we will not comply with such requests.
Inquiries of Personal Information
Any inquiries about personal information related matters including but not limited to notification of the purpose of using personal information, disclosure and correction of the personal information as well as request for the cease of using the personal information, we will respond to all enquiries and concerns raised appropriately and promptly.
